  This 380T 20D full-dull nylon taffeta is a lightweight woven fabric developed for down jackets, padded coats, garment linings and other lightweight outdoor apparel.

  The high-density plain-weave construction provides a smooth and compact surface, while the full-dull yarn gives the fabric a soft, low-gloss appearance. A water-resistant finish helps protect the garment from light rain and moisture without adding excessive weight.

  Depending on the end-use requirements, the fabric can also be customized with downproof cire, PFC-free water repellency, PU coating, anti-static treatment and recycled nylon options.

Can this fabric be used for down jackets?

Yes. Its lightweight, high-density construction makes it suitable for down jackets and padded garments. A downproof cire finish is available when enhanced resistance to feather and down penetration is required.

Can you provide a PFC-free finish?

Yes. PFC-free water-repellent finishing is available. Please advise the required water-repellency standard and washing durability so that we can recommend the appropriate treatment.

How do you control bulk-production quality?

Each production lot is inspected by our in-house laboratory against the approved specifications. Key items include weight, width, color consistency, surface appearance and functional performance. Third-party testing by Intertek, SGS or Bureau Veritas can also be arranged upon request.

Are swatch samples free of charge?
Yes, swatch samples are completely free. Customer is responsible for paying the international shipping fees.

Can I get samples for free?
A4 samples and Hanger samples are free of charge. Customer is responsible for paying the international shipping fees.

Should I pay for sample analysis?
NO, you needn't. You just need to send the samples to us, and our engineers will conduct sample analysis.

Are sample yardage free of charge?

What are the MOQs?
