KIGI Textile
FRPET-012
1680D Flame-Retardant Polyester Heavy-Duty Fabric with PVC Coating Designed for B2B fabric sourcing where durability, coating construction and flame-test requirements must be coordinated before production. The fabric uses a woven 100% polyester base and can be customized for color, hand feel, water resistance and finishing route.
Material: 100% woven polyester Construction: 1680D Heavy-Duty Coating: PVC, customizable Typical finished weight: 650-900 gsm (customizable; final weight depends on yarn, density and coating build) Standard finished width: 150 cm / 58-60 in; other widths subject to confirmation Color: custom-dyed to approved lab dip Water resistance: customizable; target hydrostatic pressure must be confirmed
Recommended applications: industrial covers, reinforced bags, equipment enclosures and heavy-duty outdoor use. Suitability must be evaluated on the complete product construction, including seams, accessories, coatings and intended service conditions.
Available options: finished weight, width, color, weave density, PVC coating build, water resistance, hand feel, anti-UV treatment and packaging. MOQ, lead time and sample charges depend on the confirmed construction.
Flame-retardant performance is customized to the buyer's target application. The required standard, test method, specimen conditioning, coating construction and acceptance criteria must be confirmed before sampling and bulk production. Final compliance is subject to testing of the actual supplied construction. ASTM D6413/D6413M is a textile vertical-flame test method, while NFPA 701 addresses flame propagation of textiles and films; neither reference alone defines suitability for every end use.
